The whole test system follows the international authoritative testing organization SGS high standards. For different purposes such as certification testing,design confirmation, production quality testing, repair confirmation and design change, NWETC can provide different customized solutions to meet customers' needs for different test cycles, test ranges and quality levels.

NWETC is equipped with internationally advanced MTS test control loading equipment and HBM data acquisition equipment,which can provide high-precision, high-reliability loading and accurate datarecording. At the same time, we have strong technical research and development ability, and can quickly develop new test methods for different test needs ofcustomers.

NWETC has a mature and high-level testteam. 100% of the team members have a bachelor's degree or above, 36% have amaster's degree or above. An average of more than 5 years in the testing industry.

The test is mainly carried out according to IEC 61400-23 standard, Lloyd's Register standard and customer's specific requirements for blade testing. Can provide a complete set of blade testing,such as: frequency test, static test and fatigue test, torsion test, modal testand so on.

NWETC has two testing sites. Test site 1 islocated in the west of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone,covering a total area of 10343.14 square meters, of which the test plantconstruction area of 3786.92 square meters; Test site 2 is located atNo.122,Gaoxin3#Road, Binhai New District, Tianjin,with a total area of 65,298.5 square meters and a test plant construction area of 9539.78 square meters.

The main customers of NWETC are leading international and domestic wind turbine and blade manufacturers. International customers include: GE/LM, VESTAS,Siemens-Gamesa,WEG, etc. Domestic customersinclude: Dongfang Electric, Times New Materials, Envision Energy, SANY Renewable Energy and so on.
