National Wind Energy Testing&Certification(Tianjin)Co., Ltdis a professional organization engaged intesting business. We are committed to providing professional services to ourcustomers independently, objectively and impartially. In order to ensure thefairness, scientific nature and authority of the testing work, improve thequality of service and maintain the good confidence of the customers in thetesting ability of the organization, the management of the company has made thefollowing statement to the state administrative organs, customers from allwalks of life and certification and recognition institutions:

1)comply with national laws, regulations and certification authority, responsiblefor the correctness of the test report issued;

2)testing in strict accordance with national standards, industry standards orother valid versions of standards;

3)to provide customers with scientific, rigorous, fair and impartial testingservices; 4) to keep confidential the test results and relevant information ofthe client's entrustment task, and to protect the intellectual property rightsand patent rights of the client;

5)establish good professional ethics, strictly abide by the inspectionprocedures, carry out the inspection work standards, and continuously andeffectively run the management system;

6)all staff members to ensure that they are free from all economic temptations orinterference from all sides, from abuse of power and from any externalinfluence, in order to ensure the independence and seriousness of the testingwork;

7) the Agency to ensure that there is nointerest associated with testing activities, data and results;

8) the Agency to ensure that it does notparticipate in any commercial and technical activities that adversely affectthe judgment of test results and data, manage and control conflicts of interestand ensure that testing activities remain impartial and objective.
