Mr. Zhu Peikun, Director of Industrial Service Department of SGS; Mr. ZhuHaijun, Director of Group Strategic Development Department; Mr. CAI Wenhui,General Manager of Tianjin Branch; Mr. Zhang Guoyong, General manager of SGS WETC; Mr. Zhang Mingming, Deputy Directorof National Energy Wind Turbine Blade Research and Development (Experiment)Center of Institute of Industrial and Thermal Engineering of Chinese Academy ofSciences; Mr. Yue Si Shui, Chairman of NWEST; Mr. Zhao Weize, General Manager; And other leaders came to the signing site to witness and carry out thesigning ceremony together. Signing ceremony site Throughthis cooperation, SGS and NWEST concentrated their superior resources to set upa new joint venture to achieve a strong alliance, on the basis of the existingtesting resources of SGS-WETC and NWEST, jointly establish a third party publictechnical service platform with 10MW wind turbine blades and their componentsand raw materials testing as the main business. SGS-WETC is the worldleading wind turbine blade testing organization, with high quality testing,rigorous service standards based on domestic and foreign markets. Since its establishment in 2010, it has been committed todeveloping and providing high-end technical services. SGS-WETC is a full member of the National Wind Machinery StandardizationCommittee, a member of the Laboratory sub-committee of the IEC Wind TurbineCertification Advisory Committee, and has obtained IECRE, CNAS, CMA and UKAScertification accreditation certificates. At present, static testing services have been provided for 58 blades andfatigue testing services have been provided for 45 blades. NWEST is a joint investment of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of theChinese Academy of Sciences and other investors. Since the establishment of thecompany, the two sides have cooperated in basic theoretical research, design,development and testing of large-scale wind power blades. Different from the traditional testing theory, based on the technologyfoundation of blade integrated design, the theory and method of high-powerblade innovative testing are proposed. According to the characteristics of blade design, development andoperation, the advanced testing technology system of large blade in the wholelife cycle is developed. In cooperation with a number of leaf enterprises fortechnical application, the identification of relevant technology achievements,won the recognition of a number of academicians headed by academician ShiChangxu expert group. The construction project of the national wind turbine bladetesting center that the company undertakes has won the strong policy support ofthe Tianjin government. The new plant covers an area of 65,298.5 square meters,and the first phase investment reaches 130 million yuan, including 3 10MW windturbine blade test stands, 1 1220 square meters material and component testingtest building and international advanced test equipment.
